SEACOOP Project Coordinator, Sigma Orionis, will be part of the team of key experts who will provide, over the next 4 years, technical assistance to the Regional EU-ASEAN Dialogue Instrument (READI) Facility, under the EuropeAid program.

READI aims at the development of concrete action plans for integration as well as support for the implementation of action plans, an improved institutional capacity of the ASEAN to support the integration process, and an extended and strengthened ASEAN-EU network in areas of relevance to the ASEAN’s priorities. READI will provide expertise in the field of Energy, ICT, S&T and Disaster Management.

Karine Valin, Managing Director of Sigma Orionis, is the key expert responsible for the ICT component and will lead all planned activities with the support of external experts.
