I think Brunei is a little ready. all it needs is to have a surcee and fast internet connection. just as the news mentioned Huawei tech is working on the FTTH for Brunei. so hopefully with this new installation, internet surfing will be fast and surcee for each home and by then, Brunei will be ready.
